Two years ago I walked into Crossfit 259… I’ve been through a lot the last two years that could have really set me on a even deeper downward spiral than I was already on. February 16, 2017. That’s the day I walked into CrossFit 259 for the first time. Fast forward to now- almost 3 and a half years later, and I look forward to going to the box.
